So far, no formal approach has been made to the Belgian Government in the matter by my Department. As discussions under Article XI of the Air Transport Agreement between Ireland and Belgium are at present continuing between the Irish and Belgian aeronautical authorities, it would not be appropriate to make the statement requested in the second part of the Deputy's question.
