Vol. 222 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Tipperary Estate.

47.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the decision to divide the Murphy estate Graigue, Clogheen, County Tipperary this spring has been changed; and if he will state the reason for the change.

Hope that a scheme of division for this 58 acre holding, which was surrendered to the Land Commission in March, 1965, would be completed in time to allow the lands to be allotted this spring was not realised. It is expected, however, that resale proposals will be approved so as to permit allocation of the lands later this year. In the meantime lettings have been made for the current season to local people.
