I received a letter from the Irish firm in question on the 9th March, 1966, inquiring the reason for rejection of its tender. I replied to that inquiry on 28th March, 1966. The firm's letter did not contain the statement mentioned in the question and for further information I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his question of 24th March.
