Apart from the Balbriggan area, the telephone service in North County Dublin is satisfactory.
The difficulties recently experienced in Balbriggan were caused by equipment faults and inadequacy of circuits. The faults have been rectified and arrangements have been made to provide additional circuits. It is hoped to have these in service within the next six weeks.
