I am informed by Dublin Corporation that they propose to make a compulsory purchase order in respect of this site so that it can be redeveloped.
When will this compulsory purchase order be effective and when can action be expected to clear this unsightly dump?
Having failed to come to terms on a voluntary basis with the owner of this property, some time ago they decided to proceed with compulsory purchase. I have not any information as to what distance they have gone and how soon they expect to complete it.
