Vol. 222 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cork Planning Application.

9.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that a person (name supplied) was not granted permission by the Cork Planning Authority to go ahead with his proposed buildings notwithstanding that he had fulfilled all conditions; and if permission will now be granted in view of the fact that the work is of an urgent nature.

I understand from the planning authority that planning permission was refused in this case on 3rd May, 1966. It is open to the applicant to appeal to me against the planning authority's decision within one month from the date of its being notified to him. Unless and until he does this I have no power to review his case.
