Payment of a small number of these grants has been deferred because of adverse reports received from my Department's inspectors on the works completed. The supervising inspector for the area has been instructed to investigate each of the cases in consultation with the engineering officers of the Sligo and Leitrim county councils, with a view to an early decision.
