I have had no complaints that expansion in the private sector of industry and commerce is being prevented by inability to obtain bank credit.
Surely the Minister agrees that expansion in the private sector was either wholly or partially, certainly partially, covered by bank credit and the restriction of bank credit must mean that the Second Programme figures must be affected? Is there not an indication already that they are?
I have no complaints that expansion this year has been held up for want of credit.
