asked the Minister for Finance what is the position in regard to an application made by a person (name supplied) for a grant under the rural improvement scheme in respect of a road of 36 perches at Creggan, from Keenas house to the residence of Eugene Egan, Ferbane, County Offaly; if this work has been inspected; and when a grant will be offered to the applicant so that the improvements may be urgently carried out to this road.
