In the 12 months ended 30th November, 1966, total expenditure by my Department on export support for carcase beef and lamb amounted to £659,000.
Would the Minister say whether it is a fact that his undertaking to establish a meat marketing board has been abandoned by the present Minister and that it is because of this that we have the NFA back on the steps of Government Buildings?
