(b) "disablement" covers pensions to certain blind persons.
(c) allowance under the Social Welfare (Children's Allowances) Acts. Expenditure in the categories (a), (b), (c) and (e) includes, where appropriate, increases of social insurance benefit of social assistance in respect of adult and child dependants.
