I have received from the Committee on Court Practice and Procedure three interim reports dealing with juries. These reports have been published with the object of eliciting the views of any interested parties.
In view of the far-reaching nature of the Committee's recommendations, I feel that a comprehensive Juries Bill will be necessary and it is my intention to introduce such a Bill next year.
