I am so aware. I am informed that the county council at their February meeting agreed that consideration should be given to the institution of enforcement proceedings under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, in regard to unauthorised development at Limekiln Lane and that the matter is at present being examined with a view to the taking of such action.
In regard to unauthorised development at Whitehall Road East, I understand that the planning authority have been considering the position but that no decision has yet been reached as to what, if any, enforcement action should be taken.
The planning authority being the county council?
