Plans and other documents for this scheme were received in my Department on 22nd September last. The layout plan provided for 24 houses and the council proposed to erect eight houses as the first stage of the scheme. In the course of subsequent discussions between the technical advisers of the council and my Department it was agreed that revised documents which provide for the immediate erection of ten houses, would be prepared and submitted for approval. I understand that the revised documents will be submitted by the council shortly.
