The normal method of bringing documents to the notice of Members of the Oireachtas is to present copies to the Clerk of each House for laying on the table of the House. This is the procedure adopted with regard to the garda commissioner's annual report on crime.
If any Member of the Oireachtas requires a separate copy of the report, he need only ask and I will see that he gets it.
