In order to assess the cost per house on this scheme the group have arranged for the preparation of a design for the scheme. The question of my sanction to the scheme does not arise at this stage.

The design of this scheme which was recently received in my Department is being examined this week by the Department's local inspector and the Cork County Council liaison officer.
