Vol. 242 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Planning Permission.

34.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he has been asked for planning permission by a group in Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin which proposes to develop the square for the purpose of members; and whether any interference with the grass land, such as the creation of a car park would involve, can take place without such permission.

Applications for planning permission must be made to the planning authority not to the Minister for Local Government. As I have no knowledge of any proposed developments I cannot say whether planning permission would be required.
