(ii) The figures in column (2) include small amounts spent from capital in the earlier years on the substantial repair or improvement of local authority dwellings.
(iii) The figures in column (3) are the amounts by which payments by tenants and purchasers on local authority houses in Donegal fell short of the expenditure by the authorities on these houses. They include State subsidies.
