It is standard practice for housing authorities to provide a supply of electricity to all new dwellings built by them. Very occasionally, because of the remote location of some dwellings, this may not be practicable. Housing authorities however have been advised by me to site all new dwellings in location where it will be possible for them to provide all services, including electricity.
