andMr. P. Browne asked the Minister for Lands how long the Phelan estate, Callaghane, County Waterford, has been in the hands of the Land Commission; and if it is likely to be divided in the near future.

Possession of this 76-acre estate passed to the Land Commission in January, 1967. It is hoped to allot the lands in the coming spring.

andMr. P. Browne asked the Minister for Lands how long the Nolan estate, Killure, County Waterford has been in the hands of the Land Commission; and if it is likely to be divided in the near future.

Possession of this 114 acre property passed to the Land Commission in July, 1968. As yet I am unable to say when allotment will be effected but I understand that the aim is to include the lands in next year's allocation programme.

andMr. P. Browne asked the Minister for Lands how long the Lonergan estate, Tinalina, Ballinamult, County Waterford has been in the hands of the Land Commission; and if it is likely to be divided in the near future.

This 143-acre property came into the possession of the Land Commission last May. It is as yet too early to say when the lands can be allotted.
