Vol. 248 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Water Scheme.

34.

asked the Minister for Education if he will make a further contribution towards Ranalough group water scheme because the school manager has installed toilets in the school.

My Department is at present in consultation with the Commissioners of Public Works in regard to the water supply to Ranalough NS, County Kerry. When the necessary report is furnished the question of a further contribution towards the Ranalough group water scheme will then be considered.

(Interruptions.)

Will the Chair take my word that the Minister for Transport and Power——

I cannot take the Deputy's word as I did not hear the reference being made.

Will the Chair be good enough to inquire from the Minister if he used that word?

This is a matter for the Chair.

Is the Chair aware that we all heard it on this side of the House? Of course, it diverts attention from Deputy Blaney, Deputy Haughey and Deputy Boland and Gerry Boland.

(Interruptions.)

I am calling Question No. 35.
