A prefabricated dwelling built in accordance with plans and specifications approved by my Department normally attracts the same rate of grant as houses of the same total area built by conventional methods.
A list of manufacturers of approved prefabricated dwellings is available on request from my Department. I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate this list with the Official Report.
