The average unit building cost of dwellings in the Ballymun scheme, completed in July, 1969, was £3,256 per dwelling. It is not possible at this stage to give the all-in costs or a breakdown of the building costs between flat dwellings and houses.
The costs other than those relating to Ballymun are given on the basis of tenders approved. Final costs details are not available in my Department.
