The primary function of the proposed hospital is to provide teaching facilities for students of dentistry and I am hopeful that consultations with my colleague, the Minister for Education, in regard to the sitingo of the proposed new dental hospital will be finalised at an early date.
Would the Minister state if there is some other purpose concerned with the erection of a dental hospital other than that of teaching?
Not as far as I know.
The dental hospital is primarily for teaching?
It is as far as the Minister for Education is concerned but, as the Deputy knows, there is also dental care given in the dental hospital.
