The county council have recommended that a speed limit be imposed at Rathnew and this recommendation will be considered when speed limits in the county are next being reviewed. This review will take place in the course of the next few months.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether he will arrange to move the 30 mph speed limit sign in Rathmore, County Kerry to a point on the Mallow side of the very dangerous Blackwater Bridge.
A review of speed limits in County Kerry is at present being carried out. The Deputy's representations have been noted and are being fully considered in conjunction with this review.
