Would the Minister be able to state if there has been a decline in the rate of acquisition of land by the Land Commission in recent months in the two counties referred to?

The Deputy will appreciate that the figures which I have would be all in respect of cases started a considerable time ago.

The Minister does not have any information at all as to whether there has been a falling off in acquisition in the last three or four months?

No, I would have no figures at this stage.

Is the Minister ever in a position to get such figures?

Yes, as the land comes in.

Question No. 34 postponed.
