A seminar for secretaries of psychiatric hospitals which had been arranged by the Institute of Public Administration to take place next week has been postponed to May next because of pressure of work with the change over to the health boards. The general question of training courses for the staff of the new health boards is under consideration and such courses will include courses for secretaries of psychiatric hospitals.
