The Industrial Development Authority, which deals in the first instance with foreign industrialists wishing to establish industries in this country, advises such industrialists regarding the rights and practices of Irish trade unions. The authority also impresses on foreign industrialists the desirability of accepting the industrial relations practices which exist in this country.
I am not satisfied that legislation on the lines suggested by the Deputy is called for.
