Since March, 1967, I have issued statements at monthly intervals to the Press giving details of the price increases to which I had raised no objection in the previous month. The National Prices Commission, who have now been established will, for the future, furnish me with monthly reports giving details of the price increases which they have recommended to me in the previous month. I propose to publish these reports and to indicate the action taken on the commission's recommendations.
