I would refer to my reply to question No. 54 of 24th February, 1972, regarding the devolution to county councils of responsibility for deciding on the acceptance of tenders for schemes of six or less than six houses. The proposal to accept a tender for the houses at Moate has been returned to Westmeath County Council for decision by them in accordance with the new procedure.
