The health board have plans for various developments at the County Hospital, Nenagh, including the provision of a psychiatric unit, a geriatric unit, dining room extension, kitchen extension and improvements, new mortuary and post mortem room and other works. Many of these proposals are interlinked with the scheme, therefore, need rather more detailed consideration than would otherwise be the case. It is proposed to arrange an early discussion with officers of the health board about these projects.
