I move:
That notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Orders:—
(i) the proceedings in Committee on Finance on Financial Motion No. 10—Amendment of Law—if not previously brought to a conclusion shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 13th June, 1973, by putting from the Chair forthwith the Question necessary to bring them to a conclusion.
(ii) if a division be demanded on Financial Motion No. 10 such division shall be taken at 10.15 p.m. on that day; and
(iii) in the event of any such division the questions necessary to bring to a conclusion the proceedings on Report on Financial Motion Nos. 1 to 10 inclusive and on the First Stage of the Finance Bill, 1973 shall on the completion of the division be put from the Chair forthwith and successively without further debate.
