I am aware of the concern expressed by the Workers Union of Ireland in relation to child justice.
As the Deputy will understand, the matters referred to concern other Departments besides mine. I have already had discussions with the Minister for Health and the Minister for Justice on the various matters involved, and I can assure the Deputy that every effort is being made, and will continue to be made, to improve child care services to the greatest extent possible.
