In my reply on 6th June, to a question from the Deputy, I indicated that a proposal had yet to be made, and a decision taken at Community level on the volume of resources to be allocated to the proposed Regional Development Fund. This remains the position. The Government will seek to ensure that the fund is endowed on a scale commensurate to the regional problems faced in the Community.
