The Deputy will recollect that it was agreed at a meeting with representatives of the parents of thalidomide children that Professor Smithells of Leeds University should be invited to sit on this committee. I am glad to say that he recently agreed to act. I now propose, as agreed, to consult the parents' association regarding the appointment of the other members of the committee.
