asked the Minister for Health if any major changes in location are planned for surgical hospitals in south Tipperary.

I would refer the Deputy to my replies of 28th March and 5th July, 1973, to Parliamentary Questions about the hospital development programme.
Major changes in the location of surgical facilities in south Tipperary are matters which would need to be considered in conjunction with the total reappraisal of hospital needs in that area of the country. It would be premature to make any statement about it at this stage.
