On the 27th August last Dublin Corporation requested my approval to the acceptance of a tender for the construction and fitting of an extension to the branch library at Terenure and subsequently they asked for sanction to the borrowing of the capital moneys for carrying out the work. These requests are at present under consideration in my Department, and I hope to be in a position to issue a decision in the matter at an early date.
