asked the Minister for Local Government if he has yet given planning approval for the erection of a single-storey coffee bar extension at Drimnagh youth club, Davitt Road, Dublin.

asked the Minister for Local Government if his Department have given planning approval for the proposed erection of a new church and community centre at Blackditch Drive, Ballyfermot Road Upper, Dublin.

asked the Minister for Local Government if his Department has given planning permission for the erection of boys' and girls' toilets at the Model School, Sarsfield Road, Inchicore, Dublin.

Applications for planning permission are made to the planning authority in the first instance. The only way that such applications come before me is by way of appeal against the decision of the planning authority. There are no appeals before me in these cases.

Are they going to go head?

If the planning authority give sanction does the Minister have to approve?

No, not unless there is an appeal.
