My information is that at a parents' meeting the question of providing a "tuck" shop in Millstreet community school was raised. This matter will be considered in due course by the board of management. No decision has yet been taken.
My Department has no plans for the provision of shops in community or comprehensive schools and no proposal in this regard has been submitted to it for its consideration.
