I have no information before me which would suggest that man-made emissions of mercury or its compounds into the environment here are a matter for concern. Mercury is among the pollutants included for assessment and consideration of control measures under the environment programme recently adopted by the EEC., and we will, no doubt, have the benefit of that as it progresses in dealing with any future problem.
