It is not my intention to publish this report separately. It is one of a number covering all health board areas. When I have considered these and other views on the reorganisation of the hospital system, I will publish a statement. I have not yet considered the form which this statement should take but it is most likely that it will include the possible solutions put forward by the joint working groups for each health board area.
