The following certificates of competency appropriate to skippers of fishing boats were granted by me in 1973: For vessels not exceeding 50 tons tonnage, 23; For vessels above 50 tons tonnage, four.
The certificates are valid in respect of vessels not proceeding north of latitude 61 degrees North, or south of latitude 48 degrees 30 minutes North or west of longitude 14 degrees 30 minutes West.
