A specific list of the courses has not been prepared but it is anticipated that all the regional technical college courses which are at third-level, that is, have the Leaving Certificate as the prescribed standard of entry, and are full-time day courses leading to a Certificate or Diploma awarded by the National Council for Education Awards or an equivalent qualification will be included.
