There is no record of arrears of old age contributory pension being due in respect of a deceased pensioner of the name and address supplied by the Deputy. It is presumed, however, that his question refers to a pensioner of similar surname and address who died on the date supplied. In this case a payable order for £15.40 in payment of two weeks' arrears of old age contributory pension was issued on 6th March last to the solicitor named as an executor under the Will of the deceased pensioner.
