I understand that the TV transposers at Moville and Fanad have been unreliable. RTE, however, replaced a major part of the equipment at Moville about a month ago and an improvement in reliability and picture quality is, I am informed, already evident. They are carrying out similar improvements at Fanad and expect to have the work completed within the next few months.
