I have made a decision in this case. The planning appeal before me was by a number of third parties against the decision of Dublin Corporation as planning authority to grant planning permission for the continuance of the use of the plant until the 7th February, 1977. Having considered all the planning issues involved I saw no reason to reverse the decision of the planning authority and accordingly I granted permission up to the same date.
