I am aware of recent Press reports of pollution in Dungarvan harbour. The Deputy will, however, appreciate that it is a matter for the local authority to investigate reports of pollution and to consider whether any remedial measures are necessary. I understand that Dungarvan Urban District Council have decided to have a survey carried out to establish the extent and origin of any pollution in the harbour.
