(i) These rates are exclusive of incentive bonus which operates on the Boyne and Maigue Schemes.

(ii) The normal working week is 40 hours for all grades.

(iii) All the grades listed above except tradesmen received the increases provided for in the Second Phase of the National Agreement, 1974 (15th round) from 1st December, 1974.

(iv) For craftsmen the terms of the cost of living "Threshold" increase under National Agreement (15th round) applied from 1st January, 1975.
