It is assumed that the Deputy has in mind the 59-house scheme which Youghal Urban District Council propose to provide at Cork Hill. The scheme is being dealt with by the council under their devolved responsibilities. It is shown as being at the planning stage in the council's progress report on local authority housing for 31st May, 1975.
