The answer is yes. Dublin Corporation have already received a report from the Institute for Industrial Research and Standards on the problem of dampness in the flats at Avonbeg, Tallaght. This report, which points to condensation as being the primary cause of dampness and mould growth in the flats, will be taken into consideration in the general investigation which is proceeding.
